Option 1: Press 1

This will allow customers to be quickly routed to drivers - if you want any Taxi ASAP and you are paying cash, and the vehicle or driver choices do not matter, this option routes customer directly to next available driver. Minimum Hours 0600 to 2400, Seven days per week.

Option 2: Press 2

To make or ammend a Booking for today, whether you are paying by cash, card or customer account. Option 2 is also for when customers require specific vehicle types or drivers. Minimum Hours 0600 to 2400, Seven days per week.

Option 3: Press 3

Driver Direct, please enter a three digit driver number to speak with a specific driver directly . Please ask your preffered drivers for their direct driver number or their personalised business card. Please note that when 'off shift', drivers might not be available to answer your 'driver direct' call. See the current directory below.

Option 4: Press 4

Bookings for another day and all other enquiries. This option routes to the office seven days per week, 0700hrs to 2100hrs. Please note that all 'next day early morning bookings' do need to be made before 2100hrs the evening before.
